Questions Before You Begin?

Who can join the Basic Pottery Course?

Anyone aged 16 and older can join. No prior artistic background or experience is necessary.

Do I need previous pottery experience?

No, previous experience is required for the Basic Course. It is designed specifically for complete beginners.

What is the duration of the Basic Course?

The Basic Course runs for 4 weeks, with one 2-hour session per week (8 total instruction hours).

What is the duration of the Advanced Course?

The Advanced Course runs for 8 weeks, with two 2-hour sessions per week (32 total instruction hours).

Are materials included in the course?

Yes. All basic materials—including clay, glazes, and firing services for a set number of pieces—are included in the tuition fee.

Do you provide pottery tools?

Yes. A full set of basic pottery tools (ribs, wire cutters, sponges, and loop tools) is provided for use during studio hours.

Are workshops different from regular classes?

Workshops: One-off, 2 to 3-hour intro sessions focused on a single project (e.g., making a mug or a planter) with no long-term commitment.
Regular Classes: Multi-week structured courses designed to build progressive skills in wheel throwing, handbuilding, glazing, and finishing.

How can I register?

You can register directly on the studio website under the “Courses” tab, or by calling the studio front desk during regular hours. Spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment.
